Tom has utilized his 20 years of telecommunications industry technical and management experience in developing Enterprise Network Services, Inc.

Tom’s telecommunications industry experience includes the following highlights:

Senior Advisory Consultant at Comtrol Corporation, Lisle Il., providing RFP development and analysis, as well as product recommendations.

Progressive responsibility assignments at ROLM, IBM and Siemens ICN, which included roles as: Software Designer, Installation Technician, Project Manager, Regional Field Operations Manager and, National Operations Program Manager.

Tom was recruited by Black Box Network Services, Inc. to fill the position of Manager of Professional Development and shortly thereafter, was promoted to Director of Marketing.

Tom also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from The College of Business at Southern, Illinois University and an Associates Degree in Audio Marketing from The College of Science, also at Southern Illinois University.

Throughout Tom’s career, he has focused on delivering high levels of customer service, providing a consultative approach to customer requirements, keeping up to date regarding the latest telecommunication industry developments and delivering products and services which represent a strong value. These key deliverables are the corner stones of our organization.

Tom has staffed Enterprise Network Services, Inc. with top industry professionals with combined experience exceeding 50 years.

The Enterprise Network Services technical team is managed by our Vice President of Technical Services, Ira Drower.

Ira Drower has over 20 years of progressive responsibility and technical experience, working for ROLM / Siemens and Black Box Network Services. Ira has also conducted technical sessions as an instructor at the NECA Chicago Education Center.

Ira is known throughout the Chicago area for his technical expertise, conducting projects on the complete ROLM / Siemens product line. Both Fortune 500 and mid-size Chicago area businesses have been relying on Ira’s technical expertise and consultative advise for over two decades. Ira provides Enterprise Network Service’s customers with a consultative approach to conducting their PBX, data and infrastructure related projects. Ira and the entire Enterprise Network Services team are focused on providing our customers with the highest level of support, while implementing projects economically.

Ira’s primary responsibility is to ensure all onsite and remote service requests, installation projects and MAC requests are conducted to your complete satisfaction. Ira will function as our primary resource for your service issues, installation and MAC projects. Ira is also responsible for the assignment and supervision of our Siemens trained technical resources. Ira, along with our entire technical staff, will consistently exceed your expectations by providing on time and solution driven services at value pricing.
